Black Pleated Midi Skirt

This skirt features a translucent chiffon fabric with a thicker fabric lining the inside like a shorter skirt (see photo). I'd often wear this skirt with a cute brooch to adjust and pin the skirt to my liking. I personally love the versatality of this skirt!
